Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment at Tina’s Touch, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. A deposit is required for all appointments, new and returning. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking or no later than one week before your appointment; appointments without a deposit will be canceled. All deposits are non-refundable, and one transfer is allowed if rescheduled within the policy timeframe. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged, and no-shows are subject to a fee. If the card on file is declined, an invoice will be issued and must be paid before booking again. Accounts with unpaid balances will be blocked until resolved. Three no-shows will result in a six-month booking suspension. A 7-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; arriving later than that may result in a late fee, shortened service, rescheduling, or being marked as a no-show. Please plan accordingly for traffic, parking, and restroom use prior to your appointment. Appointments must be confirmed when prompted, or they may be canceled.
